Registration Fees

To receive the early registration fee of $250, registration and fee payment must be completed and received by July 19, 2017. Registrations received after this date will be the regular fee of $300. The acceptable form of payment for online registration is credit card.

Registration includes a reception and dinner at The Commons on Wednesday, August 9, continental breakfast and lunch on Thursday, August 10, and continental breakfast on Friday, August 11.

In addition, the registration fee includes all conference materials and preconference workshops options: "Options for Interactivity in ALCs: Strengths, Limitations, Opportunities," "Maximizing the Features of an ALC to Help Your Students Reach Higher Cognitive Levels," "Preparing Instructors for Teaching in Active Learning Classrooms: Recommendations for Establishing a Faculty Learning Community," "Your Learning Space Planning Effort Just Got a Little Easier—Introducing FLEXspace 2.0!", "Writing to Learn in the Active Learning Classroom," "Gathering Feedback and Data About Teaching in an ALC," and "“Accessifying” Your Active Learning Course." To reserve a seat for a workshop, please check the appropriate option on the registration form.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, a refund—minus $30—will be issued if you cancel by July 19, 2017. Cancellations after this date will not be eligible for a refund. Please e-mail to cancel your registration, or fax a request to 612-624-5359. 

Registration Check-in Location

Registration is 10:00 a.m.−4:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 9, and Thursday, August 10, 7:30−9:00 a.m., at the Helping U desk on third floor of Robert H. Bruininks Hall on the University of Minnesota campus.
